Refunds and Cancellations

1. Turbocharge Your Business, Roadmap to Success and any other seminars

If you are not fully satisfied with the service and materials you receive from Insight Business, your payment will be unconditionally refunded after our cancellation fee of $50 + GST, which is the donation amount provided to RideAid Inc. that you were made aware of when you originally registered for the event. Notice must be given within 30 days.

2. Software

If you are not fully satisfied with the software, service, support and materials you receive from any of the software services of Insight Business (including My Online Business Coach), your payment for the month will be unconditionally refunded. Previous payments and any initial sign-up fees are not refunded. Notice must be given within 30 days. Similarly, if you wish to cancel the service, this must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice.

3. Resultancy / Business Growth Program Seminars

For clients who engage in our ongoing business coaching seminars (Bronze, Silver and other packages), if you are not satisfied with our services, we will unconditionally return the fee from your last session. Previous payments for coaching sessions you received from Insight Business will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your services, this must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice after a meeting with the Director (Martin Reed) in order that we can ascertain the reason for the cancellation.

4. Books, Training Manuals, Audio Recordings and other materials

From our Credit not exceeding 90% of the original price is generally allowed (subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Seller) provided it is returned freight prepaid and in “as new” condition. In no case will the seller authorise the return of material more than ninety days after shipment from the Seller’s Plant.

1.     Goods returned must be accompanied by a Delivery Docket stating original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.


2. Inward freight, packing and delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If not prepaid by the purchaser, freight will be deducted from the amount of the credit.


3. Unless otherwise agreed, goods returned will be subject to a restock fee. All goods with a net value in excess of $20 will be subject to at least a 10% restock charge. No claim by the Buyer need be recognised unless made in writing within 30 days after delivery of goods to the buyer. No claim for damage or resultant expense direct or indirect in respect of any goods shall in any case exceed the invoice price of the goods in respect of which any damages or expense shall arise. All damage or expense over and above such invoice price shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
