General Conditions

1.              The Resultancy Program Materials you receive are confidential and proprietary, and cannot be used, disclosed or duplicated except within your own company. These materials are unpublished works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorised copying, adaptation, distribution storage or displays are permitted.

2. Our services are advisory. You bear solve responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless your INSIGHT Resultant from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in The Resultancy Program.

3. While your INSIGHT Resultant will be providing you with guidance, direction and program materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results during the Program. In this way your INSIGHT Resultant seeks to educate, train and motivate you in order to make your ability to run a successful business a life long activity.

4. Consultations can be re-scheduled, but often at the expense if desired times. If you need to reschedule meetings you agree to provide 7 days notice or risk forfeiture of the consultation.

5.  From time to time, your INSIGHT Resultant will be required to attend educational workshops and take a vacation and will need to schedule consultations around such times. The fees for your program have been factored to allow for 4 weeks off per year for either the Resultant or for you.

6.  INSIGHT BUSINESS reserves the right to replace your INSIGHT Resultant with another Resultant should it, in the opinion of INSIGHT, become necessary. This would be conducted in discussion with you.

7.   INSIGHT may from time to time, alter the content or structure of the program as it considers necessary, but at all times INSIGHT will continue to provide value for money.

8.  At the same time as your progress is periodically evaluated through the goal setting consultations, INSIGHT will (in addition to the regular feedback to your Resultant) be asking you to evaluate its own performance under this agreement, by asking you to complete a Quarterly Questionnaire. This asks you to certify in writing that you are satisfied with the services you have received since the last quarterly report. If you are not fully satisfied with the services you have received (at any stage) expect you to let us know, so we can work with you to rectify your concerns.

9. You or your Resultant may elect to terminate this agreement at any time upon thirty days notice in writing. Notice is taken from the next payment due date.

10. We reserve the right to terminate the coaching contract ourselves if we determine that you have acted in an unethical or illegal manner with us, our clients or the general public.

11. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and your Resultant, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.

12. This agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of W.A
